- Return/Exchange Policy
- Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your item!
- Prescription Guarantee:
- All prescription lenses are 100% guaranteed in their accuracy or we will remake them promptly at no charge. Prescription glasses are inspected at three different stations by our highly-trained professionals before leaving our lab. All work is done on the premises by licensed opticians and we pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accuracy and your satisfaction is our number one priority.
- If you are not satisfied with a particular lens, you can upgrade by paying 50% of the original cost plus the difference.
- Returns:
- We will be happy to exchange any item within 7 days of your receipt of the package. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending an item.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling, eBay and PayPal fees are non-refundable.
- We will replace any manufacturer's defects at no charge to you within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
- Manufacturer's defects include:
• structural design • hinges • welding points • colorings Instructions: 1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. 2. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number and a return UPS label via email. 3. Return the item with the Return Authorization Number, using the UPS label we send you.
- International Returns: please be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" on the customs form. Otherwise, we will have to charge you for any duties assessed by US Customs.
